See below for a full Chairs' schedule with key dates and deadlines. Please note that all Chairs who have been appointed to positions will still be required to adhere to the dates below. Failure to do so may result in expulsion and replacement in the DIMUN II conference.

| By 8th September, 2011 | Chair and Press applications published here and sent to Directors. |
| By 21st October, 2011 | Chair and Press applications submitted to dimun@dulwich-beijing.cn. |
| By 27th October, 2011 | Chair and Press positions announced here; MUN Directors and students emailed individually. Selected Chairs contacted by the Secretary-General, sent the DIMUN II Chair Guide, and informed about writing Research Reports. |
| By 1st December, 2011 | Research Reports sent to respective Deputy Secretaries-General and uploaded to website. |
| 23rd February, 2012 | Chair and Press briefing in Dulwich College Beijing. |
| 24th February, 2012 | DIMUN II opens. |
